Pattys Cottage - Little Haven
This cute, quirky end of terrace cottage is centrally located in the picturesque village of Little Haven, being less than a minutes stroll to the beach, pubs and cafés, making it an ideal location for a hassle free holiday. It's an ideal base from which to explore the stunning National Coastal Path and neighbouring villages of Dale, Marloes, Solva and the City of St Davids.

Ground Floor
Front door leads directly to:
Lounge with wooden floor and sash window to the front of the property, Victorian Fireplace (feature only) & painted wooden beams all providing original character and charm to this room. TV with terrestrial channels and DVD player, selection of DVD's and jigsaws/games.
2 steps down lead to:
Kitchen with tiled floor and sash window to the front of the property. Features a Belfast sink and open wooden shelves, free standing Oven with a second small oven/grill & electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and table top freezer (located in cupboard). N.B. the pots/pans storage is in the kicthen island unit.
Door leads to:
Bathroom with tiled floor, WC, sink unit, towel heater, large mirror & bath with a shower over the bath,
Wooden stairs directly from the lounge lead in 2 directions to:
Dining area/Snug/Cwtch with wooden herringbone flooring, dining table and chairs, seating area for reading and relaxing. Bi-folding doors to outside patio area. Step leads towards bedroom and the wardrobe cupboard is located in this area.
Bedroom with original wooden floor and fireplace (feature only), Double bed, bedside cabinets, Otterman and chest of drawers. Bi-folding door lead to outside patio area. Please note there are no curtains or blinds at the bedroom windows but the room is not overlooked.
Private Patio/Garden accessed from the bedroom and the dining area, private enclosed paved area with outdoor table & seating and retractable washing line.
Heating: The cottage is heated by instant electric wall heaters.
Parking: No parking is available at the property however a 'Parking Pass' is provided to park in the village car park, which is 2 minutes walk away. N.B. Space is not guaranteed. Please ensure pass is returned to the cottage on departure.
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and can be changed for a 2 week booking if required.
This is a non smoking property.

Patty’s Cottage is set in a perfect location in Little Haven. A short walk takes you to the beach & to any of the 3 pubs in the village, Ideal for walking the costal path and exploring the surrounding area. The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need for a peaceful stay by the sea. We stayed in December, so did not use the garden, however I’m sure that I’m summer it is amazing to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at Patty's Cottage - Little Haven for a week in August '21. The cottage is rich with character, warm and cosy when the weather cold but cool and breezy with full length patio doors to the courtyard garden when warm. The kitchen was more than adequate and the bath a welcome feature when returning from a fresh dip in the sea merely 50 yards hence. Communication and booking was straightforward and easy and being able to park in the car park a stone's throw away for the duration useful. Recommended.
