Once again we had a great break through StayintheHavens, in Broadhaven. Everything was well-organised and as our second year of booking through them and staying in the same location, everything felt extra comfortable and familiar. Another great break, thank you, and we hope to be back next year.
My daughter and I had a lovely stay in Broad Haven. Hepzibah Cottage was perfect for us very comfortable had all we needed. It was our favourite cottage that we have stayed in.
Its such a beautiful area with great places to eat and amazing costal walks. We had such a lovely relaxing holiday with lovely memories.
Thank you again to Stay in The Havens!
Just wanted to thank you for an absolutely idyllic stay in the havens. A perfect getaway for me and my little dog. Our cottage was the dream. Pretty as a picture, we actually cried when we had to leave! Many thanks again for all your kind advice and assistance booking and our stay.
We had a lovely stay. Amazing location - you can run down to the sea in your swimwear! Very nice cottage. Clean. Nice bathroom. Appliances working well, etc. Nice italian restaurant 200yds away! Beer and pool table at the Galleon Inn (100yds) - though we were sorry to miss Carribean Food on Fridays! Found a nice cafe in Little Haven (15mins walk). Look out for the 'Little Haven' sign on the road on the way! We were mainly down to do the Little Haven marathon - stunning scenery heading south along the coast line (starting with a beautiful bluebell wood just south of Little Haven), going round dale head (a nice circular walk in itself with spring flowers in bloom). We also had a nice walk out on the headland at Martin's Haven near Marloes, where the boat for Skomer Island leaves from. Probably 25 mins drive away. Enjoyed a special lunch in the Runawayskiln cafe. Finally, had an amazing meal (and local beer) in Druidstone hotel - 10mins drive north / 3miles walk. More stunning coastline in this direction too of course!
We had a great stay at the heavens and feel sure we will be back. The cottage was great and had everything we had hoped for.
“Hepzibah’s cottage was delightful – just what I needed for a quiet break away.”

Hebzibah Cottage proved a very cosy and comfortable base for our week’s holiday in Broad Haven and was beautifully clean on our arrival. It is in an ideal situation for the beach and walking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, as well as being nearby to a number of attractions and stunning coastal scenery. The sundeck is a lovely idea and in better weather would be a great way to wind down at the end of a day’s walking and sightseeing. Thank you to Karen and her team for keeping the cottage so clean and welcoming and to the owners for sharing what is obviously a well loved family holiday home.
Our stay at Hepzibah Cottage was so relaxing. The sitting room was comfortable with great lighting for reading, and the TV was excellent, the kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater and to have the dining room as separate, gave the cottage a real spacious feel. Our bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was well apportioned with excellent lighting and storage. The second bedroom with 2 singles is a good size too. The front garden was great as it is totally enclosed and our dog was safe and had plenty of room to be outside alone for short periods. The bathroom was lovely and spacious too with an excellent large shower cubicle and bath.
The rear terraced garden and sunroof is amazing and had we stayed here in sunnier weather we would have made great use of it - we hope to return to do so. All in all, I think this cottage is first class, so tastefully decorated and comfortable and well appointed. I would recommend this to anyone. The beach at Broad Haven is lovely, Little Haven is very pretty and the area has stunning coastal scenery. We really enjoyed our time in Hepzibah Cottage and exploring the area.
I had heard of Stay in the Havens and the site/company had been recommended to me albeit I had not previously booked through them and made a late booking this year. I really liked the look and sound of Hepzibah Cottage and hoped that it would live up to its description on the site. Karen was very quick to confirm my booking and also to respond with answers with the couple of questions that I asked.
Having spent a week at the Cottage we would all say that it has been a wonderful break. The Cottage is exactly as described, literally two minutes from the beach, furnished and arranged to a really high quality and comfortable standard and if anything I would say has exceeded our already high expectations. We found everything to be of a high quality and definitely as described if not to a higher standard. We loved it.
The rooms were very spacious, everything to a high quality standard, the sun deck is superb, the front garden lovely and it is a haven of peace and tranquility. I was concerned that my 6 foot six husband might feel compromised in a cottage but his experience was the exact opposite. I also wondered whether it would be cramped in the twin room for my five year old and my 82 year old mother-in-law to share but again, there were two high quality spacious beds and plenty of storage and walk around space.
We had no problems parking and appreciated the information on this and on things like rubbish and recycling. This was a week away for us in a haven within a Haven, thank you to Stay in The Havens for providing us with a really impressive place to genuinely relax for a week.
Hepzibah is a wonderful cottage, extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. The roof terrace is fantastic and a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun, whereas the living room is cosy and warm for those rainy days. The cottage was spotlessly clean and Karen was always available for any questions or queries.
We had a lovely stay, the cottage was lovely, beautifully furnished and in truly fantastic location a couple of minutes from the beach and coastal paths.
This such a beautiful cottage, it felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and equipped with everything thing you might need, plus a great terraced suntrap with loungers.
Definitely the best cottage we've stayed in so far, we'll be booking it again - wish we could live here!
I've nothing but praise for Karen at Stay In The Havens, she's so helpful and kind, nothing is too much trouble.
Fab cottage, garden a great sun trap. Location brill for beach etc. Lots of good places to eat in Broad and Little Haven. Weather has been super so lots of time in the sea and walking. Nolton Stables excellent as always (if you don't want to do horse riding try a Segway). Favourite Broad Haven place we've stayed so far x.
We had a great time, thank you. Hepzibah was a home from home in a lovely secluded and sheltered spot. Terraced garden was a lovely hot spot when the sun came out and the log fire was welcome when the rain came. We're already missing it.
The cottage was perfect, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with lovely artwork .We booked this last minute so couldn't believe how fortunate we were- probably the nicest cottage to date ! The hosts have incorporated plenty of personal little touches throughout the house such as fresh lavender, and hand lotion at every sink.
The front garden is very pretty, lawned with cottage flowers, a magnet for bees and butterflies, very relaxing to watch at the little garden table. At the rear of the house there is very steep terracing, but also a stunning dining sun deck. We loved this house, which I imagine would offer different perspectives throughout the year and would love to revisit.
Fantastic service from Karen - able to arrange a very last minute booking for us for only 3 nights in a fantastic cottage. Cottage was lovely and quiet with beautiful interior and amazing sundeck - not that we were able to use it much due to the weather!! Would definitely book again.
