We were four generations holidaying together with an age range from 5 months to 86 years. But we all had a wonderful time.
The house is spacious and well equipped. The kids loved the large selection of board games and jigsaws. The sunset views are amazing. Broad Haven beach is a a wheel chair and pram accessible family beach with golden sand, rock pools, safe swimming and water sports. There are local shops and cafes but no amusement arcades. It is the British Seaside at its best.
We have been going every year for 28 years.
We found the house very comfortable and roomy. We loved the garden which was safe for the grandchildren being completely enclosed. The view from the front of the house was brilliant. We watched the sunset every evening from the bench outside!
Broad Haven is a wonderful holiday location with a fantastic beach. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We all loved the house, plenty of space, well equipped and tastefully decorated.

Thanks for a great stay in a great property last week. We were really impressed with the quality of the property, including cleanliness and "small touches" (eg plenty of board games and dishwasher tablets/handwash, etc). The boys loved the location close to the beach.
Beautiful house with fantastic views of the sea in a very quiet area. The house is immaculately furnished and has everything you need and more for a stay. Would highly recommend this property. We will be back! Thanks, Karen.
We had a brilliant stay, what a perfectly proportioned house in a brilliant location. Secure garden was perfect for the children, everything we needed was provided, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
The house was spacious and well kitted out. The sunset views from the Kitchen and front bedrooms were amazing. The local beaches Broad Haven, Druidstone Haven and Marloes Sands are fantastic. Great day trips available to Oakwood, Silent Owl Experience, Llanelli WWT, Manor Park Zoo and Kidwelly Castle. All in all, a great family holiday.
We really enjoyed the house, ideal facilities for adults and children. Plenty of room to swallow all our gear, and room outside or in the utility for beach stuff, sea shoes, wetsuits and so on. Very good facilities in terms of cooking and washing, and good crockery and cutlery for a change - sometimes this is old stuff the owners don't want at home. Plus a very quiet location, maybe a bit of a jaunt to the beach, but easy to drive the beach stuff down, drop everyone and everything off, drive back (have a quiet cuppa) then walk down. Our week in early July was fantastic, if it's possible the weather was almost too good, full sun every day. We were three adults and two young children; we stayed in a smaller cottage last year closer to the beach, but 17 Swanswell was far better, each child had a separate bedroom so that made for peaceful nights. There were extras missing that would have been nice to have, ( major omission garden chairs to relax in the sun in the evening), however, these hardly detracted from our stay. In short really excellent. And if you're a cat lover, the resident neighbour's moggie, Max, is lovely; fluffy and friendly. We would recommend the evening boat trip around Skomer from Matins Haven when it's hot, if cooler then the full day on Skomer; must be booked in advance.
We had an amazing ten days at 17 Swanswell Close. The house was everything we could have wished for, spotlessly clean with plenty of space and all the utilities needed for a family holiday. It was also ideally situated for the beach and pubs/restaurants or walks along the coastline. Hopefully, we will be back next year, many thanks.

This warm, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped house made for a really relaxing stay! when we encountered an unexpected problem, Karen at Stay in The Havens was very helpful and responsive. Best kitchen sink view! We love the spectacular coastline and Marloes beach is breathtaking! Thank you.
We had a brilliant Christmas at 17 Swanswell Close, there is plenty of room and the back utility room was a good place to store all the Christmas food and drink. The well equipped, large kitchen meant we could all help with the big dinner and there are plenty of walks from the house, including the beach, to walk it all off. Stay in the Havens were very helpful on the occasions we had to contact them, we couldn't have asked for more, except perhaps less rain!
If you like to walk remote coastal paths spangled with wild flowers, the only sound being sea birds and waves crashing against the rocks, this area is for you!
Absolutely lovely house. Really nicely proportioned and supplied with everything we needed. Had a lovley time.
Wonderful homely house for a family celebration and holiday. Beautiful views! Will return.

Returned to Broad Haven after 32 years. Although there was no log burning stove to come home to, the views were spectacular, especially the sunsets. The layout for the house was good for the generation gaps and still be one family.
