Access to the property is via a communal gate from the parking area. The cottage is situated on the righthand side and has it's own private side gate which leads you to it's garden area and front door.
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area: The front door leads immediately into the light and spacious open plan living space with two sofas and a dining table seating 5 (highchair available), wall mounted TV with Amazon Firestick and Google Chromecast. Unlimited broadband WiFi is available. The very well stocked kitchen includes an electric oven & gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Tiled flooring throughout.
Crog Loft open stairs divide the living and kitchen space. N.B. These steep stairs and the upstairs loft area are for the owner's own private use and access is gated/blocked for safety and is NOT for guest use.
Hallway: with space to hang coats and a shoe storage rack has a continuation of the tiled flooring and allows access to bathroom and bedrooms.
Bathroom: Tiled flooring, bath with rain head shower over bath, WC and sink.
Bedroom 1: Carpeted Single bedded room with chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Carpeted with a set of Single Bunks includes wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Carpeted room with kingsize bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Heating: The cottage is heated by LPG gas central heating.
All bed linen, towels, oven gloves, tea towels, jay cloth & scourer are provided. A linen change can be requested for a 2 week booking if required. N.B. Please bring own beach towels.
Outside there is secure small stone walled garden which has both a paved slate stone area with picnic table and a raised grassed play area. The garden has direct access from the front door and is a delightful suntrap so ideal for morning coffee and Al Fresco dining, particularly over lunchtime and in the afternoon.
The communal garden with stunning sea views is located behind the property and includes a large grassed area, picnic tables, BBQ area and large washing line.
Parking: A large private parking area for the farm cottages can be found to the left of the property, just 20 metres from the front door. Parking is included for one car, and a second subject to availability. The communal bin storage can be found in the corner of this car park. Further parking can be found in the adjacent National Park beach car park where there are also two charging points for electric vehicles.
